Resting, relaxation. Running, reading. These are just a few of the highlights from our trip to St. George. We hung out in our condo in the early hours of the day, reading, relaxing and soaking in the hot tub & pool. After eating lunch we'd head out to see some fun things.

We played at the park for hours, we loved Snow Canyon and went on a few hikes there--the sand dunes were the hit of that day. We also fit in a trip to a dinosaur museum and a pioneer museum. {a fun, family hike in Snow Canyon}

Then there were all the friends & family we got to see. My sister drove up from California with her family to run the 10K with me & my friend Liberti happened to be in St. George at the same time.

Then several running ladies from my neighborhood came for the race so we got to go to lunch with all of them. To top it all off, when we arrived home Michael's family was here & we got to spend some time with them, it was just too bad it was only for a few hours. It was such an exciting, relaxing, happy week of warm weather, fun people & good times.
