Traditions

(One of our Christmas traditions is re-enacting the nativity.  That's a 3 year old mr. E as a shepherd on my cousin the sheep. haha.  That's my grandma in the background & her skirt is definitely also a Christmas tradition.  It's more like a Christmas institution.  I've never seen her wear anything different on Christmas Eve.  Also, there are always new pajamas on Christmas Eve.  That's us 3 years ago.  We've  already aged so much since then.  haha.)

#29 Traditions

I've thought a lot about traditions with it being that time of year and all.  It seems that Christmas brings out more than the usual traditions for all of us and for this reason there are certain things that I have to do in order for it to feel like Christmas.  I've also thought about the traditions that are apart of our regular routine during non-holiday times.  These things may not remind of us of the holiday around the corner, but they remind us of who we are and keep us tethered to our foundation of family and faith.
