How's this for a contrast: 30 days of thanks followed by 30 days of things I want. Hahaha. Actually, I'll keep it to one day, to spare any judgments that I might be greedy. ;) I have never been into making lists (as an adult at least), but for my last birthday or mother's day, I can't remember which, I did it for Michael and he really liked it. So, this is for him. And Santa too. Do you think he reads blogs?

Go for the Le Creuset! I got that exact pot, same color and everything, two years ago for Christmas and it is my absolute favorite piece of kitchen equipment. Seriously, it makes food tastes better, and I cook everything in it. Soups, casseroles, meat, potatoes, anything. You will love it! Totally worth the extra $$.

Great list. As for the dutch oven I love mine. It is a Martha Stewart one from Macy's. We are ours last year for christmas. They are on sale at Macys now. I love it.
