Goal

What I want to Know...
1...what the weather will be like on Halloween 2...what the holidays will be like this year 3...if we will ever have another child 4...if eli is asleep in bed or still reading his books 5...how many more people from my past I'll connect with on facebook 6...if I'll ever get to live near any of my sisters 7...if we'll still be living here in 10 years 8...if we'll ever finish our basement 9...if I'll ever get over some of my 'hang ups' 10...how I got so lucky with such a kind husband 11...why jon & kate get 8 and I only get 1 12...if I'm truly learning all that I need to 13...what it will be like when eli goes to kindergarten next year 14...if Michael will forever work from home 15...if I'll ever go back to work 16...does my family really know how much I love them 17...do my friends know how valuable they are to me 18...does anyone know how much a kind word or compliment can do for a person 19...or how damaging a hurtful comment can be 20. why I'm not preparing for my card class like I should be 21...why we can't get pregnant when we want it so bad 22...if I said too much, too little or the wrong things at lunch with a friend today 23...am I teaching eli everything he needs to know 24...why I can't seem to sleep decently 25...how it's possible to feel so happy and grateful for what I have but then feel like something is missing the very next minute

What I already Know...
1...my family means more than anything to me 2...God loves me 3...I am lucky to have such a giving and loving husband 3...being a mother is the most rewarding thing I'll ever do 4...a miracle, which I'll be forever grateful for, made me a mom 5...sometimes blogging is therapeutic 6...It's nice to be validated 7...things will work out 8...trials can help me be a better person 9...there is a reason certain people are in your life 10...Jesus Christ is my Savior 11...the atonement is real 12...I am willing every day to fight for what is right 13...I like having good friends who care 14...I love being part of a big family 15...Life is not fair & wasn't meant to be 16...Hearts can be healed 17...love is a power 18...I like having a clean house 19...I'd rather spend time having fun with Eli than keeping the house clean 20...I appreciate people who go out of their way to care 21...There are some questions I'll never have the answers to 22...Creating fun family memories is important to me 23...God is loving, merciful and kind 24...everything happens for a reason 25...There is much good, happiness and joy to be found in life.

GOAL: Don't let the things I want to know (and may not ever know) get in the way of the things I DO know.
