Care to share a memory?

I'm away at girls camp, but thanks to the delay-post feature, I'm writing this on Monday night. I thought it would be fun to come home to all your memories of me :) I've seen several friends do this & it's so fun to see what people post. Perhaps it's something I don't even remember myself. So, comment away & I'll return the favor. Oh, and be extra grateful for your shower today because I won't get one for another 2 1/2 days.

{pretty please?}

Here are the directions-

1. Add a comment on my blog and leave a memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you don’t want to play on your blog, or if you don’t have a blog, I’ll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Oh, Mariah the many memories I have of you. I could name so many. Being eight years older than you I remember the day you were born. But my earliest memory of you is always taking care of you. I would carry you every where I would go. Then one day somebody at church said "she can walk, why don't you let her walk." The thought never even dawned on me to have walk beside me inside of me carrying you.
One of the later memories I have of you is the day you got married. I had a real cool spritual experience in the temple the day you got married. (I'll share on the phone not in blog world). But I will always remember the day you and Michael got married. :)

Where do I start? I always have fun with you and ALL the good times that we have shared. I especially remember when you came back to visit me back East, two times! The beach, Washington DC, subway, eating at IHOP, Titanic, thanks for being a part of my life and I will always look up to you :)

oh, where do I begin? Don and Don-- giggling in our beds playing "The Love Boat" and then saying, "Shh...be quiet the captain (dad) is coming!" -- Getting mad at you and pushing you against the yellow bulletin board in our kitchen/dining room. I forgot you had a sunburn and you cried and cried because I popped your blisters on your back. I felt so bad I started crying too (I still feel bad)-- having fashion shows the night before school started-- fighting over clothes-- buying our jebou (I can't remember how to spell it) jeans and green ONE piece outfit together-- each of us buying flowers for each other "anonymously" on our birthdays, I still crack up about that one all the time. --Sharing my feelings with you outside the Bountiful Temple after the dedication, I poured my heart and you were such a great listener. -- talking to you on the phone when you were in Russia. No words had to be spoken for us to communicate. -- Disneyworld, Where all you dreams come true. What more can I say? --Spending time at my new place in California, hanging out with the kids and laughing together. -- Having a BLAST this summer hanging out at your place. Going to the nickel arcade, DDR, laughing syncronized, crying together at the park. You are such a great friend Mariah! And my all time favorite memory is......."Send Mariah out to get the mail, and everyone gets confused!" (Okay maybe that is more a memory of Michael but it's still hilarious!)

What a fun idea! I hope you are enjoying girls camp!!
My favorite memory of you is all the times I have made you repeat and repeat all the funny stories you have, (you are a great story teller!)
"Kanab did you say, Kanab?", your bathing suit story, (I think that is worthy of a post!), scaring Josh and Josh scaring you, cat's in Russia, "skoochy, skoochy"...Oh, these are just a few. You can always make me laugh!
Love ya, you are such a gem! :)

AAAH memories. I remember girl fights over friends in 3rd grade. Wearing our Gunny Sax dresses to City Council Swear Ins, getting caught trashing on our boss at BFC, sharing stories of boys in college, seeing you black and blue from your scary car wreck. Oh, and how can I forget your schedule of outfits for the month-that way you wouldn't repeat clothes--so cool!!

I haven't known you as long as some of these other people who have commented, but I wish I had! You are a super fun person. My favorite memory of you is at one of our book group nights. You were on a roll and being so funny! I just remember thinking that you were one of those people that you never tire of being around. Always making people smile :-) !

Well I've already played along with this from replying to your memory of me.
But just wanted to say that I hope you realize what an incredible person you are. It's been fun watching you and Michael grow into the wee family that you have. You're an awesome mom. And as I've mentioned before....you are great for Michael.

Love ya!

One memory I have is visiting you at an apartment you shared with Tammy in Logan. In your room you had a picture of President Kennedy sitting at his desk and I loved that. :-)

FUN mission memories with you!
-Buying matching blue PJ's at some crazy random store and taking tons of pics.
- Laughing like crazy with sister Tzintzisig about everything.
- Wonderful discussions with investigators.
- You helping me with my Russian and being very patient.
- Talking like "General Relief Society Presidents" and making each other laugh.
- Christmas day in a nasty cafe at the train station... for hours on end waiting for the train.
- Writing my "just in case" talk for zone conference with your assurance it wasn't necessary because I would never be chosen... .
- Our Podolsk bathroom flooding and the crazy lady from downstairs coming up and screaming at us, and then our cooky haz yelling at us! I was scared to death and had no clue what anyone was saying!
- Crying when you left and knowing I was getting a "greenie".
- So much more, but guess you don't want a book here.
You are wonderful and helped me out so much. I will always treasure our memories together and your friendship.
