We've been entertained by a lot of this lately. We recently gave Eli the music score to most of the Star Wars movies, including a disco-fied version. It's been a huge hit. He's learned to work the cd player and sits in his room for extended periods of time listening and playing with toys. At night he requests to listen to 3 songs while he falls asleep. The other day he was frustrated with me about something and adamantly declared, "fine! I'm going to my room to listen to my music!" Wait???!! Shouldn't that kind of behavior be reserved for the teenage years?? Oh my, I have a lot to look forward to with this kid :)
