What do you do...

when you have a child who is obsessed with Star Wars and talks about being a chef when he grows up and you run into this at Barnes & Noble??
YOU BUY IT, OF COURSE!

{Han-Burgers}
We have all gotten a kick out of the clever recipes in this cookbook. Eli more than any of us. He even took it to show-n-tell the other day. He said everyone laughed. So far we've tried Oola-la French toast {Oola-la was Jabba the Hut's slave, in case you were wondering} & C3-PO pancakes. Both were tasty. Personally, I can't wait for Obi-Wan Kebobs, Greedo's Burritos & Boba Fett-uccine. When we've tried them all, we'll probably buy this.
{Wampa Snow Cones}{Jabba Jiggle}
The pictures that accompany the recipes are genius, but even better are the stickers it comes with.
"It's no Jedi mind trick, it's just good food."

That is the coolest thing for a 4year old boy that I have ever seen!! Get 'em cooking early..Carlie is the best chef in our house and I'll gladly turn the spatula over to her soon :-)

We got it for Christmas from A's brother! We've only made the Yoda Soda so far (delicious, by the way) but the pictures alone crack us up. Best cookbook ever!
