#7 My last name

I gained a lot of amazing things when I married & changed my last name to Wickham.  First and foremost, my husband of course!  I also gained generous in-laws, more great cousins and a bigger extended family.  But being a Wickham has given me even more than that.  I had always dreamed of having a unique and creative last name since I grew up as a Johnson (yawn! sorry parents, it's not your fault).  Being a Wickham has totally fulfilled that wish.  Nearly every time I introduce myself, I hear this, "like Pride and Prejudice?" Yes, indeed.  Just like Pride and Prejudice.  Except for that minor detail that my husband is in fact more a Mr. Darcy than a Mr. Wickham, but you probably already knew that.  Also funny to note is the fact that I had never read this book before getting married.  I heard this typical response so many times I figured I better read it to know what people were talking about.  I did & I loved it!  The movie followed and of course I loved it too.
