Last Monday we took the chance to spend some time together before school started. We called it 'All day family fun Monday.' We headed up to Snowbird and rode the tram up to the top. It was stunning, albeit a little chilly. As I looked over the beauty Karen Carpenter kept popping into my head, "I'm on top of the world, lookin down on creation..." haha. At 11,000 ft. that's about right.
After our time on the mountain we went out to eat at Smoky Mountain Pizza & Pasta (which was delish, a definite recommendation) & then perused the aisles at Borders. I can't keep up with my appetite to read lately, I've been going through books like peanut butter M&Ms (a bag never lasts long around here). Have any good recommendations for me?

Peace Like a River. You've probably read it. Also, Longitute: The True Story of a Lone Genius Who Solved the Greatest Scientific Problem of His Time. And my fave: The Devil in the White City: Murder, Magic, and Madness at the Fair that Changed America. :)
So many fabulous books! Are you on Goodreads? I can't remember. What kinds of books do you most like? I always have a few great reads to recommend, depending on what kind you most like!
I LOVE that first picture of you and Mr. E. Best buddies!
