When I got home from my race on Saturday, Michael thought I had put I OK on my leg. Although it's great to announce in a non-grammatical way that I'm ok, I think 10K fit the bill a bit better. It was a perfect day for a race, we could not have ordered better weather....and who would've thought on the 4th of July?
My friend Toni and I have wanted to run the same race together for so long, it was great to finally do it.
These gals were so fun to run with & the picture just makes me laugh...one of these things is not like the other. :)
My dad ran the 5K and was waiting for me at the finish line, which was so nice!I was so pumped after this race, I'm already looking forward to the next one on the 24th!

Wow, I always have to admire runners! That's awesome. We celebrated by going to Chili's for dinner. Aren't we exciting?
That's awesome!! Just curious...what did you run it in? I just ran a 10K not too long ago and it did feel good. Congrats to you!
So fun. I think anyone who runs a 10K can say "I OK". Way to go!
